  • Use ScanSource LIST_PRICE as the MSRP source.
  • Match products by exact SKU first, with PN fallback matching.
  • Review WooCommerce and ScanSource price differences.
  • Filter by brand, category, status, risk, and product state.
  • Apply selected pricing changes manually.
  • Undo the last applied pricing batch.
  • View progress, processing time, and completion status.
  • Receive email reports for completed pricing work.
  • Skip draft products during MSRP updates.

New Product Builder

  • Select a vendor, brand, and specific ScanSource categories.
  • Choose only the new products you want to work with.
  • Enrich missing product descriptions, images, weights, and dimensions.
  • Normalize shipping weights to pounds and dimensions to inches.
  • Review source notes, evidence, confidence, and research results.
  • Use exact-PN product imagery when available.

  • Progress is check-pointed during background processing.
  • Complete and approved shipping data is required before draft creation.
  • Genuinely non-physical warranty, license, and subscription rows may be excluded from new-product draft creation.

Physical kits, bundles, refurb products, rental products, lease products, BOM products, renewal products, and service-related physical products remain in scope when their shipping data is complete or approved.

Version 5.6.134 does not automatically re-queue all blocked or failed products after every run. Targeted retry requires an explicit operator action.
